Manor is bigger than its city limits
Manor's October 2025 estimate counts 21,809 people inside the city and 33,669 once you add the ShadowGlen and Presidential Meadows ETJ areas, up from 25,625 in 2020. The city's planning sheet shows population inside the limits rose 61 percent from 2010 to 2020. Numbers like that mean most homes on the east side of US 290 are recent, and most of their roofs are still on their first set of shingles. As a roofing company in Manor, we treat that as good news with a catch: newer roofs are easier to repair, but first-generation shingles are also the ones that show wind damage first.
