Terrell Hills roofing in a city that goes back to 1919
Terrell Hills began as a subdivision in 1919, ran under a private association for two decades, and only incorporated as a city in 1939. Today it covers 1.6 square miles between Alamo Heights on the west and Fort Sam Houston on the east, with 5,045 residents counted in 2020. Texas-RRR roofs Terrell Hills homes from our base in San Antonio. We're a veteran-owned roofing company, registered and insured.
The city's fee schedule says a lot about its houses. Roof repair or replacement carries one flat permit fee, listed on the same sheet as window replacement and an annual tree permit. In a city with streets this old, a roof rarely gets judged on shingles alone. Decking, flashing and attic ventilation all come into it, and we look at every one of them before we file the roofing permit.
