Where We Work

Our roofing service areas stretch from Bexar County to the far side of Georgetown, 13 counties split between the San Antonio and Austin metros. Texas-RRR is a veteran-owned roofer based in San Antonio, and the same crews work every job in both metros. Pick a metro or a county below and you'll find the cities we serve there, the storms that shaped local roofs, and the phone line to call. Looking for a service first? Start with Roofing or Roof Repair.

San Antonio Metro

8 counties: Bexar County, Comal County, Guadalupe County, Kendall County, Medina County, Wilson County, Atascosa County and Bandera County.

Two Metros, One Crew Roster

We work two metros out of one company. The San Antonio metro service area covers eight counties around Bexar, and the Austin metro service area covers five more along I-35 and the Colorado River. It's one crew roster for both. We run 8 full crew teams, our owner has three decades of roofing experience, and we've completed more than 2,800 projects.

A hailstorm doesn't stop at a county line, so our schedule can't either. When the April 12, 2016 storm dropped hail up to 4.5 inches in Helotes, it became the costliest hail event in Texas history at the time. When 4-inch hail hit Round Rock on September 24, 2023, the National Weather Service estimated about 600 million dollars in damage across Travis and Williamson counties. We plan for both kinds of week.

Where Our Map Ends

How far will we drive? Our map runs from the enclave cities inside San Antonio, like Alamo Heights, up I-35 through New Braunfels and San Marcos to Austin, and out to Liberty Hill, our farthest city page in Williamson County. We don't stretch past that.

Austin-area homeowners will find our Austin line on the Austin service area page. Everyone else can use the main number, (210) 802-6906. Both reach Texas-RRR, and estimates are free in all 13 counties. Our crews handle roof repair across both metros, full replacements and commercial work, Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The I-35 Corridor Ties It Together

Head north from San Antonio on I-35 and you pass through Comal County at New Braunfels, cross into Hays County at San Marcos, then reach Kyle, Buda and Travis County. New Braunfels and Seguin belong to our San Antonio metro. San Marcos, Kyle and Buda sit in the Austin metro. San Marcos is the one city where homeowners can reach us on either line.

The same highway tracks hail, too. Texas led the country with 902 major hail events in 2025. That's why hail damage roof repair along I-35 sits near the top of our service list. Our in-house staff includes former insurance adjusters, and our team brings 30+ years of insurance claim experience to the roof insurance claims process in every county we cover.
