What our customers say about Texas-RRR
Texas-RRR holds a 5.0 rating from 16 Google reviews. That's the whole count, and none of them sits below five stars. Thirteen of the sixteen have written comments. Some things come up again and again. Four reviewers bring up the insurance company before they ever mention shingles, and that tells you where our former adjusters earn their keep. Six of them name Charlie Carreon, our owner. He's often the first person they meet.

“Charlie and Blythe were a God send. My mom called them for a quote on a new porch and we ended up getting over 23k of work done. New Roof and siding and it was all covered by insurance. To my disbelief the roof of the house was in terrible condition. Now it's perfect. Thank you, Liz Thompson”

“I contacted RRR roofing when a tree fell on my roof. Not only did they do an extremely professional and outstanding job fixing my roof, they dealt with the insurance company so I didn't have to. They're knowledge and experience helped me get the best settlement. The insurance company tried to lowball me and settle for $300 to repair only a portion of my roof. After RRR roofing inspected my roof with the claims adjuster, I was able to obtain what I needed to get my whole roof fixed with very little out of pocket. They had my roof upgraded and fully repaired in one day by very professional staff. My overall experience with this company and their staff from beginning to end was exceptional. I highly recommend RRR roofing!”

“We got a quote for a metal roof and they were rejected by our insurance, Jason and (celest?) came by with RRR and their team had us approved and repaired in less than 13 days. Our roof color is a much better match to our brick and wife is happy. Happy life happy wife! 5 stars!”

“Called Texas-RRR to get an estimate on a new roof and gutters for my home. They came out and gave me an awesome estimate I couldn't pass up. They were very patient and informative. “Our entire roof was replaced after the initial inspection of insurance adjuster and Texas-RRR. Materials were ordered promptly and once the work began, it was nonstop until the job was completed.
