Terms of Use
Last updated: October 22, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of www.texas-rrr.com (the "Site"), which is operated by Texas-RRR Roofing, Remodeling & Restoration ("Texas-RRR," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms cover your use of the website only. Any roofing, remodeling or restoration work we perform for you is governed by the separate written agreement or contract you sign with us for that project.
1. Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes, such as learning about our services and contacting us. When you use the Site, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading or someone else's information through the contact form
- Send spam, advertising or automated submissions, or try to get around the bot check
- Copy, scrape or harvest content or contact details from the Site using automated tools
- Interfere with the Site's security or operation, or upload viruses or harmful code
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others
We may restrict or end access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms.
2. General information only
Articles, guides, FAQs, cost discussions and other content on the Site are provided for general informational purposes. Every roof and every home is different, and building codes, materials and conditions vary. Site content is not professional engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice, and it does not replace an in-person inspection of your property.
We try to keep the Site accurate and current, but we do not promise that every page is complete, error free or up to date, and we may change content at any time without notice.
3. Estimates and pricing are not binding quotes
Any prices, cost ranges, timelines or estimates shown or discussed on the Site are informational only. They are not offers, bids or binding quotes, and they do not create a contract. The actual price and scope of any project are set only after we inspect your property and are stated in a written estimate or contract that both you and Texas-RRR sign.
Submitting the contact form or calling us does not create a contract or obligate either of us to perform or pay for any work.
4. No guarantee of insurance claim outcomes
The Site describes how we can help homeowners with storm damage and insurance claims, such as documenting damage and meeting with adjusters. Your insurance company alone decides whether a claim is covered and how much it will pay. We do not guarantee that any claim will be approved, that any particular amount will be paid, or that any deductible will be reduced or waived. We are not your insurance company, and we do not act as a public adjuster or an attorney. Please review your policy and contact your insurer with coverage questions.
5. Ownership of Site content
The Site and its content, including text, photographs of our projects, graphics, logos and the Texas-RRR name, are owned by Texas-RRR or used with permission and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish, distribute, modify or use Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Third-party names, logos and trademarks that appear on the Site belong to their owners, and their appearance does not mean those owners endorse us.
6. Reviews and messages you send
If you send us feedback, suggestions or ideas, you agree that we may use them without any obligation to you. Customer reviews shown on the Site reflect the experiences and opinions of the individual reviewers. Results on any one project do not guarantee the same results on yours.
7. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or include content from websites and services we do not control, such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, map services, manufacturers and insurance resources. We provide these links for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, availability or accuracy of third-party sites, and a link does not mean we endorse them. Your use of a third-party site is governed by that site's own terms.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share information when you use the Site. By using the Site, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and all of its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Texas-RRR disclaims all warranties about the Site, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free of errors or viruses. This section applies to the website only and does not change any written terms that apply to work we perform under a signed contract.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Texas-RRR and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content, even if we have been told such damages are possible. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Site is limited to one hundred dollars (US $100).
Some laws do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Texas-RRR harmless from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page and changing the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Texas-RRR about your use of the Site.
