Texas-RRR is a veteran-owned roofing company in San Antonio. Across 2,800+ completed projects in the San Antonio and Austin metros, we've put Charlie's 30 years of roofing and the team's 30+ years of insurance claim experience to work. With the same crews, too, year after year.
Texas-RRR is the short version. The full name is Texas-RRR Roofing, Remodeling & Restoration, and the three Rs aren't a slogan. They're the three kinds of work we take on start to finish, under one company and one phone number.
San Antonio is home base. Our crews work every corner of the San Antonio metro, and when a job takes us up I-35 into the Austin metro, nothing changes. Same company, same crews, same standard.
If you want the number we're proudest of, it's this one: some of our crews have worked side by side with us for over 20 years, and our owner, Charlie Carreon, has 30 years of roofing experience. Our in-house team includes former insurance adjusters with 30+ years of claim experience. They know what a carrier will pay for and what it won't, and they're the ones writing the supplemental reports that close the gap. Our six-step claim process explains the whole thing.
One customer got an estimate on Friday and had a crew on the roof the next day. Another had a full roof replaced in a single day. That pace comes from eight crew teams who've been with us a long time, and it doesn't come from cutting corners.

We're based in San Antonio, and we work as a service-area business, which just means our crews come to you. Hours are Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We cover two metros. On the San Antonio side that's Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe, Kendall, Medina, Wilson, Atascosa and Bandera counties. On the Austin side it's Travis, Williamson, Hays, Bastrop and Caldwell counties, and Austin-area homeowners can call our Austin line, which is listed on the Austin service area pages. I-35 towns like New Braunfels, San Marcos and Kyle sit in between and get the same crews. Call from either metro and the estimate is free. The crew that shows up is ours, too.
