Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Texas-RRR Roofing, Remodeling & Restoration ("Texas-RRR," "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares information when you visit www.texas-rrr.com (the "Site"), fill out our contact form or call us from a link on the Site. We wrote it in plain English so you can see exactly what happens to your information.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit information through it.

1. Information we collect

We collect two kinds of information: information you choose to give us, and information that is collected automatically when you use the Site.

Information you give us. When you request an estimate or send us a message through the contact form, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number, if you provide it
  • The service you are interested in, if you select one
  • Your message, including any details you choose to share about your property, project or insurance claim

Along with the form, we receive the address of the page you submitted it from and basic technical signals used to filter spam, such as how long the form was open before it was sent. If you call, text or email us directly, we receive whatever information you share in that conversation, along with your phone number or email address.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site and the services that support it automatically receive certain technical information when you visit. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the pages you view, the page that referred you to the Site, the date and time of your visit, and general location derived from your IP address (such as city or region). When you tap or click a phone number link on the Site, we record that the call link was used, which number it was, the link text and the page it was on, so we can understand which pages lead to phone calls.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your questions and estimate requests, and schedule inspections or visits
  • Provide, manage and follow up on the roofing, remodeling and restoration services you ask us about
  • Communicate with you about your project by phone, text or email
  • Protect the Site and our contact form from spam, bots, fraud and abuse
  • Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve its content and performance
  • Measure the results of our advertising, including whether an ad or page led to a phone call or form submission
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use

We do not use the information you submit to make decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.

3. Service providers and third parties

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site and respond to you, and only for those purposes. These providers include:

  • Contact form processing. Contact form submissions are sent to a third-party form processing service, which checks submissions for spam, sorts them and delivers them to us by email. That service uses an email delivery provider to send the message to our inbox.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm that a real person, not a bot, is submitting it. Turnstile may collect information about your browser and device to perform this check. Cloudflare's privacy policy is available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
  • Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads. We may use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement tools, including call tracking for phone number clicks. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your visit and how you interact with the Site. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy, and you can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
  • Vercel. The Site is hosted by Vercel, which processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the Site. We also use Vercel Web Analytics to see aggregated information about page views and site performance. Vercel's privacy policy is available at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

We may also disclose information if we believe in good faith that doing so is required by law, subpoena or other legal process; to protect the rights, property or safety of Texas-RRR, our customers or others; or in connection with a sale, merger or transfer of all or part of our business, in which case the information would remain subject to the commitments in this policy.

If you ask us to work with your insurance company, adjuster or another party on your behalf, we will share the project information needed to do that at your direction.

4. We do not sell your personal information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for them to market their own products or services to you. We do not use the information you submit through the contact form for targeted advertising.

Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies, described below, are used to measure how the Site and our ads perform. You can limit them using the choices in the next section.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. The Site itself does not require cookies to work. However, some of the third-party tools described above, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Cloudflare Turnstile, may set or read cookies or use similar technologies (such as local storage or device signals) to measure visits, attribute calls and form submissions to ads, and tell people apart from bots. Vercel Web Analytics is designed to measure page views without using cookies.

Your choices:

  • Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from browsing the Site, though the bot check on the contact form may need to run again.
  • You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • You can manage how Google uses information for ads at adssettings.google.com.

Some browsers offer a Do Not Track setting. There is no common industry standard for how websites should respond to it, so the Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. Where Texas law requires us to honor a recognized universal opt-out signal, we will do so.

6. How long we keep information

We keep the information you send us for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide and follow up on services, keep business and tax records, answer questions about completed work, and meet our legal obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

Information collected by Google, Cloudflare and Vercel is kept according to their own retention policies and settings.

7. How we protect information

The Site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and we use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we receive. No website, email system or method of storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or full insurance policy documents through the contact form.

8. Your choices and Texas privacy rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. We will respond to reasonable requests and verify your identity before acting on them.

Texas has a consumer privacy law, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. To the extent that law applies to us and to your information, Texas residents may have rights to confirm whether we process their personal data, to access, correct and delete it, to obtain a copy of it, and to opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising and certain profiling. You may also appeal a decision we make about your request by replying to our response and asking for an appeal. If we deny your appeal, you may contact the Office of the Texas Attorney General.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. To make a request, use the contact information at the end of this policy.

9. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for adults who own or manage property. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make a material change, we will post a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.

12. Contact us about privacy

To ask a question about this policy or to make a request to access, correct or delete your information, email or call us, or write to us at the address below. Please include your name and the email address or phone number you used with us so we can find your information.
